How do I register on the portal?
Simply choose whether you are a "Service Provider" or a "Buyer/Utilizer" from our registration page and fill out the form. All new accounts are reviewed by our admin team before being activated to ensure quality.
Is my contact information public?
No. Your email and phone number are kept private. They are only shared with another user after you have both mutually agreed to connect through the platform.
How do I connect with another user?
When viewing another user's profile, you will see a "Request to Connect" button. Clicking this sends a notification to the other user. They can then visit their "My Connections" page to approve or decline your request.
What happens after a connection is approved?
Once approved, the other user's name and email address will appear in your "My Connections" list. You can then contact them directly to discuss your project or services.
How can I update my profile information?
After logging in, go to your "My Profile" page. You will find an "Edit Profile" button that allows you to update all your details.
